Johnny has over 20 years in the hospitality service industry, early all involving aspects of event management and service. He joined UCI as Catering Director in February, 2013 and seeks to continue to impart his professionalism and experience onto UCI Catering serivices and Hospitality & Dining as whole. Johnny has worked at local Orange County hotels and the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center, including the Aquarium of the Pacific and has a Bachelor's degree in Service Management with a minor in Hospitality Enterprise. In his free time, Johnny likes mountain biking, snowboardinig and spending time with family.
